Question: How can a Handheld (Compaq Ipaq, Palm, Windows®CE) be merged and which settings must be met?

Answer:

A handheld synchronizes with ActiveSync or HotSync always with the "Personal Folder". So if you want to synchronize the handheld with the "Public Folder" you have to connect the handheld to the PC (PSF server) which all Outlook^® users accesses, where the "Public Folder" is the "Personal Folder".

Another way could be that you use Public SyncTool as interstation. You can sync the public folder with your personal and in the second step the personal folder with the handheld.

Public SyncTool is for free for the users of Public ShareFolder.
